Nice looking cord and great service

This cord is very nice looking and the bands are well-made so they actually grip the arms of my glasses, unlike some other brand of cord I've tried!

I also want to highlight some great customer service. My first order, one band were older and cracked and broke almost immediately. I emailed asking for a replacement band and they sent me a new cord promptly for free, including shipping! So I'm very pleased!
