Croakies Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty

Croakies® warrants any Croakies branded eyewear retainer product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Manufacturing faults do not include issues arising from general use or neglect. A warranty assessment takes into account the product’s age and damage from neglect or general use. A product determined to be defective under normal and proper use will be repaired or replaced. Croakies’s Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty does not include shipping costs to return defective product. All other Croakies products carry a warranty against manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year. This Warranty is only valid in the United States and Canada.

Making a Warranty Claim (US and Canadian Customers Only):

If you believe your Croakies product is defective in materials and workmanship, please complete the following Warranty Submission Form so we can get you squared away.

  • Be sure to fill out all required fields and click “Submit” on the Warranty Submission
  • Go to your email and locate the Croakies Warranty Submission confirmation email and print and include it in the package with your returned defective product. (Be sure to check your Spam folder if you don’t see the warranty submission confirmation email in your inbox).
  • If you do not include a copy of the completed Warranty Submission with your product return, we simply cannot process your claim.
  • Please retain your tracking information for future reference.

Upon inspection by our Customer Service team, if it is determined that your product is defective in accordance with our warranty policy, then a replacement will be shipped out to you at no charge at the return shipping address provided. For products covered under warranty that have been discontinued, we will replace with the most equivalent model.Croakies’s Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty does not affect any statutory rights. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties and of all other liabilities and obligations on the part of Croakies except implied warranties, including the merchantability. Croakies expressly denies the rights of any person to incur or assume for it any other liability or obligation in connection with the sale of these products.
