Ear attachments wear out too quickly

I have used these for 12-15 years. The major problem now is that the tips wear out/stretch and are only good for 3-4 months. Croakies used to sell replacement tips, which I purchased numerous times, since they do not offer them anymore, these are basically disposable. They are too expensive for that and it's too wasteful.

ARC Replacement Ends

I needed some ARC Replacement ends but it appears that Croakies' will now only sell the entire setup with the lanyard. Very disappointing since the ends need replacing much more often that the lanyard. I assume this means that they will be discontinuing the ARC system altogether. Very disappointing since this has been a good option for me with my reading glasses. Time to look elsewhere, I guess.

The product is great, postage outrageous, parts unavailable

postage cost almost as much as the eyeglass retainer. the weight is almost negligable and u charge 12 bucks!

Also, I called your customer service & asked the rep for some rubber retainer connectors as mine stretched out and will not adhere to my glasses anymore, she told me you don't have them anymore sell...just not available. In the the past (long time customer) In the past when i called you had them and sent me several...free. On your site several offerings show the rubber retainer connectors. I now have to buy a new complete rertainer every time the rubber sleeve if want to call it that) looses its grip. You have lost my business!

Buyer Beware!

I bought 2 pairs of this recently, one for me, the other for my wife. The set comes with a set of ends for larger frames and a set for smaller frames. Her's take the larger, mine take the smaller, so we both have 2 sets. Exactly 2 months after purchasing we have both gone through both sets of ends. They fit well when you first put them on, but loosened up very quickly to where they won't stay on the frames. I almost lost a pair of $250 Costa Del Mar glasses because I didn't realize one end had given way and they were basically just laying around my neck, ready to fall off. I caught them just in time. My wife had a similar experience. So, we paid nearly $40.00 for these 2 pairs and they are essentially useless because we have no ends that fit. DON'T BUY THESE if you have expensive sunglasses.
