postage cost almost as much as the eyeglass retainer. the weight is almost negligable and u charge 12 bucks!

Also, I called your customer service & asked the rep for some rubber retainer connectors as mine stretched out and will not adhere to my glasses anymore, she told me you don't have them anymore sell...just not available. In the the past (long time customer) In the past when i called you had them and sent me several...free. On your site several offerings show the rubber retainer connectors. I now have to buy a new complete rertainer every time the rubber sleeve if want to call it that) looses its grip. You have lost my business!

I bought 2 pairs of this recently, one for me, the other for my wife. The set comes with a set of ends for larger frames and a set for smaller frames. Her's take the larger, mine take the smaller, so we both have 2 sets. Exactly 2 months after purchasing we have both gone through both sets of ends. They fit well when you first put them on, but loosened up very quickly to where they won't stay on the frames. I almost lost a pair of $250 Costa Del Mar glasses because I didn't realize one end had given way and they were basically just laying around my neck, ready to fall off. I caught them just in time. My wife had a similar experience. So, we paid nearly $40.00 for these 2 pairs and they are essentially useless because we have no ends that fit. DON'T BUY THESE if you have expensive sunglasses.

When i 1st began using these 2+ years ago you could buy replacement ends for these. But it apprears that they stopped selling only the ends. I'll buy the competitors version for 40% less if i have to replace the entire thing every year.

The concept & style are great.... Bought two pair, my wife's seem to be holding up okay indoors.
I am outdoors a lot, and the heat seems to loosen the ends and ultimately, they slide off.
Also, the ends split due to poor quality "silicone". I got more at Sunglass Hut and within days it started again.
At $20 per not worth the hassle.

Bought this product in the retail store when I purchased my Maui Jim Peahis a few years back. The ends will no longer hold and my glasses fell from my neck. I called to get a warranty replacement to find that there is no lifetime warranty without my original invoice number. I also cannot purchase new ends to repair my product. Seems a bit like false advertising. Best of luck if you choose to purchase!
